Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only in encrypted form), mobile number if you give it, preferred language and country.
• Birth details: the names, dates, times and places of birth and gender you enter for yourself or the people you save, and the charts we calculate from them.
• Photos: pictures of your palms or of a written horoscope that you upload for a reading.
• Orders and payments: what you ordered, the amount and its status. Card and bank details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page (PayHere or Stripe) and are never seen or stored by us.
• Technical information: your IP address, which we use to show prices in your currency and the website in your language, and the cookies described below.

• To provide the services you order: calculating charts, and writing and delivering readings, forecasts and reports.
• To run your account, process payments and send emails about your orders, such as receipts, finished readings and plan reminders.
• To keep the website secure and to prevent fraud and misuse.
• To answer your questions and to improve our services.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we never sell your information.

Your information is seen only by our team and by the astrologer preparing your reading. We share it with the service providers that help us run the website, and only as far as they need it: our payment providers (PayHere and Stripe), our email provider and our hosting provider. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

We use only the cookies the website needs to work: one keeps you signed in securely, and others remember your language and country. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you block cookies in your browser, you will not be able to sign in.

Information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, uploaded photos are kept privately and shown only through short-lived secure links, and our servers are protected by firewalls and backed up regularly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

We keep your account and readings while your account is open, so that you can read them again at any time. Records of orders and payments are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. When an account is closed, we delete or anonymise the rest of its information within a reasonable time.

You can see and correct your details in your account at any time. You can also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and its information, by writing to support@astrovelalife.com.

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children, except birth details that a parent or guardian enters for their child, which we use only to provide the service they ordered.
