Terms and Conditions

We provide Vedic astrology and palmistry services: personal horoscope readings and palm readings written by our astrologer, horoscope matching (porondam and 36-guna) reports, daily Lagna forecasts, and the Pro membership plan. Everything is delivered online, in your account and by email.

Astrology and palmistry are traditional practices. Our readings, reports and forecasts are offered for guidance and personal reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and they cannot predict events with certainty. Please consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas. You remain responsible for the decisions you make.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or pay for a service.
• Give accurate information, including birth details: a reading depends on the date, time and place you enter.
• Enter another person’s birth details only with their permission, or as their parent or guardian.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse, copy, overload or try to break into it.

Prices are shown before you pay, in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR), Indian rupees (INR) or US dollars (USD) depending on where you are, and include everything we charge. Payments are processed securely by PayHere and other licensed payment providers; we never see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once the payment succeeds.

Your bank may add its own charges, for example for payments in a foreign currency; these are outside our control. Prices may change from time to time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

• Horoscope and palm readings are written by our astrologer and delivered to your account, with an email, within 12 hours of payment.
• Horoscope matching reports are available as soon as the payment succeeds.
• A daily pass opens the full daily forecasts at once, for the number of days shown when you buy it.
• The Pro plan starts at once and lasts for the period shown when you buy it. Extending it adds that period to the end of your current plan.
• Nothing is shipped: all services are delivered online.

Pro is a paid period, not an automatic subscription: you are never charged again unless you choose to extend it. Its benefits, such as saved family members, personal daily forecasts and a free reading each month, are described on the plans page and apply while the plan is active.

When you can cancel an order and get your money back is explained in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The website, its design, texts and software belong to AstroVela Life. Your reading is written for you: you may keep, print and share it for personal use, but you may not resell it or publish it commercially.

How we collect and use personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We take care to provide accurate calculations and thoughtful readings, but the services are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of a reading, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud. You can close your account at any time by writing to support@astrovelalife.com.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and changes apply to orders placed after that date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
